Privacy Policy

1322 (“we”, “us”) operates a real-time monitoring API at 1322.io that delivers posts from X (Twitter), Truth Social, Instagram, YouTube, Binance Square, and news outlets via WebSocket, REST, Discord, and Telegram. This policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.

We collect your email address when you create an account. Your password is hashed before storage. We use your email to send service notifications (API key delivery, billing receipts, security alerts) and occasionally to announce major product changes. We do not sell or share your email with third parties.

We log API requests for security, rate-limiting, and abuse prevention. Logs include request timestamps, API key identifiers, endpoints called, and response status codes. We do not log or inspect the content of WebSocket streams you receive. Usage logs are retained for 90 days then automatically purged.

Payment processing is handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. We retain billing email, plan type, and invoice references for accounting purposes.

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you authenticated in the dashboard. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics scripts that set cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is used in cookieless mode.

We use the following third-party services: Cloudflare (CDN, DDoS protection, DNS), our payment provider (subscription billing), Discord (community support), and GitHub (public code repositories and documentation). Each operates under its own privacy policy.

When you track social media accounts through our API, we process publicly available post data from those accounts to deliver to you in real time. We do not store historical post data beyond what is needed for delivery. You control which accounts you track and can remove them at any time through the dashboard or REST API.

Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting [email protected]. We will process the request within 30 days.
