Ultimate tier: a different window
The Ultimate path, which the team sets up by hand, is evaluated separately from the standard trial. If a workload needs the tighter Ultimate range, ask the team whether the account is eligible — the same question raised on the Elon Musk monitoring page. Ultimate trials run a shorter, team-coordinated window instead of the standard one-day length, and eligibility is arranged directly with the team rather than through the standard trial request above.

How many accounts can I track during the trial?
Tracked accounts are capped per platform for the trial period. Tell us in Discord which accounts matter for your evaluation; if the request is approved, we size the trial around them.
What happens after the trial ends?
Access ends at the standard length — one day — unless you've arranged a different window with the team. There is no purchase commitment attached to a trial; decide whether to subscribe after you've seen it running.
Can I get a longer trial for the Ultimate tier?
Ultimate eligibility is decided by the team. If an account qualifies for the Ultimate path, which the team sets up by hand, that evaluation runs a shorter, team-coordinated window instead of the standard one-day length. Ask in Discord.
Do I need to pay or provide a card to start a trial?
No. Trials are requested in Discord, reviewed by the team, and carry no purchase commitment or card requirement.
