1. Agreement
By accessing or using 1322 (the “Service”), its website, dashboard, REST API, WebSocket streams, or Discord delivery, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
2. The Service
1322 provides near-real-time monitoring and event delivery for third-party platforms, including X (Twitter), Instagram, Truth Social, YouTube, Binance Square, and news sources, surfaced through a dashboard, REST API, WebSocket firehose, and Discord notifications. Features, limits, supported platforms, and pricing may change at any time.
3. Not Financial or Investment Advice
The Service delivers raw information and signals only. Nothing provided by 1322 is financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Trading and on-chain activity are high-risk and can result in total loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for verifying any information independently. 1322 is not a broker, exchange, or advisor.
4. No Warranty, “As Is”
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that data is complete, accurate, timely, uninterrupted, or error-free. Data is sourced from third-party platforms and may be delayed, missing, duplicated, or wrong, and access may break when a source platform changes. Uptime and latency figures are best-effort targets, not guarantees or an SLA.
5. Payments & No Refunds
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable and non-creditable, in whole or in part, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Access is granted for the stated term; lapsed or cancelled access stops at the end of the paid period. You are responsible for any taxes. We may change prices for future terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not: resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service’s data or streams without our written permission; share, pool, or expose your API keys or WebSocket tokens to third parties; exceed your plan’s limits or attempt to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Service; or use the Service for unlawful purposes. Your API keys and tokens are credentials you must keep secret, activity under your keys is your responsibility.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, abuse, non-payment, suspected fraud, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination for cause, no refund is owed. You may stop using the Service at any time.
8. Third-Party Platforms
1322 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X, Meta/Instagram, Truth Social, YouTube, Binance, or any monitored platform. Their content and trademarks belong to them and remain subject to their own terms. We may add, change, or drop platform coverage if a source changes access, terms, or availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1322 and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, trading losses, or lost data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes take effect when posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
