Operator

The 1322 service and the 1322.io website are operated by Crestmont Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (United States), trading as “1322” and “1322 Monitors”. Card payments are processed by Suby, our card payment partner and merchant of record for card transactions, so a card charge may appear under Suby’s name on your statement together with the 1322 product name shown at checkout. We are an online-only business and handle all correspondence by email: [email protected]. Community support is also available on Discord.

What 1322 is

1322 is a software and data-monitoring infrastructure company. The Service detects newly published, publicly available posts on third-party platforms (X, Instagram, Truth Social, YouTube, TikTok, Binance Square, and news outlets) and delivers them to the paying customer who asked for them, through a dashboard, REST API, WebSocket streams, and Discord, Telegram, or webhook notifications. Customers are businesses and developers who plug the feed into their own tools. Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page.

What 1322 is not

1322 does not execute trades, does not hold, custody, or transmit funds or digital assets, and does not provide brokerage, exchange, wallet, payment, lending, or investment-advisory services. It is not a financial institution and is not registered with or supervised by any financial regulator. Nothing the Service delivers is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. What a customer builds or decides on top of the feed is entirely their own. See Terms of Service §3.

Pricing, billing, cancellation and refunds

  • All prices are in US dollars (USD), shown before you pay.
  • Plans are prepaid for a fixed term, monthly or yearly, per platform. They do not renew automatically: access ends at the end of the paid term unless you choose to renew. There is nothing to cancel and no cancellation fee.
  • Payment is by card or by cryptocurrency through third-party processors on their own secure (HTTPS, PCI-compliant) pages. We never see or store full card details. Card payments carry a processing surcharge (currently 4%) that is itemised at checkout and on the invoice. Card transactions are processed by Suby as merchant of record; the charge may show as Suby on your statement.
  • All sales are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Access is delivered immediately on payment.
  • Charged in error, or paid twice? Email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge with the invoice number and we will investigate first. Please contact us before opening a card dispute.
  • Trials, where offered, are described on the trial page together with their limits and duration.

Third-party platforms and trademarks

1322 is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp., Meta Platforms, Trump Media & Technology Group (Truth Social), Google (YouTube), ByteDance (TikTok), Binance, any news publisher, or any other monitored platform. Platform and publisher names appear on this site only to identify the sources being monitored; all trademarks belong to their owners. Posts, media, and names delivered through the Service belong to their authors and platforms; 1322 claims no ownership of that content and keeps no historical archive of it.

Legal notices and takedown requests

Send legal correspondence, including cease-and-desist letters, copyright notices, and requests from a platform, publisher, or person to stop delivery of specific content or accounts, to [email protected] with the subject line “Legal notice”. Include enough detail to identify the content, account, or customer concerned and a way to reach you. This mailbox is our designated channel for legal correspondence; notices sent any other way are not treated as received. We review valid notices promptly, usually within five business days, and may stop delivery, remove content, or suspend a customer in response.

Governing law

The Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy govern use of the Service. They are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and disputes are resolved in the courts of Wyoming after a thirty-day good-faith resolution period.
