Reference deployment 02 / political events
Political Event Desk: Truth Social + News Confirmation
A prediction or news desk needs the original political post first, then enough context to decide whether it matters. This deployment combines a Truth Social tracked list with monitored news outlets and routes both event types into one operating workflow.
- Sources
- Truth Social + 15+ news outlets
- Truth range
- 150-250ms regular; named priority lanes around 50ms
- Delivery
- WebSocket, Telegram or signed webhook
Evidence basis
This is a reproducible reference deployment based on shipped 1322 behavior. It is not presented as a named-customer testimonial and makes no claim about trading returns. The operating figures below are typical ranges rather than an SLA.
- The Truth product ships posts, retruths, quote chains, profile and follow changes, deletions and pins for arbitrary tracked accounts.
- The news product monitors 15+ outlets and includes categories and keywords when available.
- The speed page documents the named priority-lane averages and states that they are operating figures rather than an SLA.
The operating problem
- Political markets can move on a single first-party post before screenshots or secondary reporting circulate.
- The desk must preserve retruth and quote context instead of reacting to a flattened text alert.
- A second source is useful for confirmation, but it should not require another polling and routing stack.
Deployment configuration
- Track the political accounts that directly affect the desk's markets or coverage.
- Use the dedicated @realDonaldTrump and @WhiteHouse Truth priority lanes when those named accounts are the decision input.
- Add monitored news outlets and match their categories or keywords to the desk's market list.
- Route events to a model over WebSocket or signed webhook, and to Telegram for a human operator view.
Event path
- A tracked Truth Social account publishes, retruths, quotes, edits its profile, follows, pins or deletes.
- 1322 delivers the structured event, including referenced content when the event carries a quote or retruth chain.
- A related news event can arrive through the same workspace and delivery model.
- The desk applies its own market mapping, confidence rules and human review before acting.
What changes operationally
- The original post and later news confirmation remain distinct events instead of being collapsed into one late alert.
- Regular Truth lanes typically operate in a 150-250ms range; the named Trump and White House priority lanes typically operate around a 50ms average.
- The same setup works for a manual Telegram desk or an automated WebSocket consumer.
Limits and decisions
- Priority-lane figures apply only to the named watchlists; other Truth accounts use the regular lane.
- A matching headline is context, not proof that a market position is correct.
- The feed is real-time only and does not replace a historical research dataset or risk system.
